Crazy Cats

It's very normal for cats to suddenly begin galloping around the house at break neck speed, bouncing off furniture, climbing the drapes etc., and here's why.  It's actually a very natural way for them to burn off steam and you'll particularly see this in younger cats, say five years old or less.  However, I have some older cats, nearing 14 years of age who will still suddenly and with out notice go crazy in my house and begin speeding around the furniture like they have the devil chasing them.  Don't be alarmed if your cat suddenly begins doing this, unless they have a plastic Walmart sack caught around their tail in which case you want to chase them down and remove it before they destroy something.
